Sarah works with a small number of organisations, using her corporate experience and leadership knowledge to develop individuals and teams. She uses coaching and well researched models and tools to explore your situation, uncover breakthrough insights and accelerate change.

About
As a seasoned executive, Sarah spent many years leading large, global teams in major programs of work, in the pursuit of significant corporate objectives and change. She understands the challenges of today’s complex and fast changing world, the critical importance of self-awareness and conscious decision making and the power of team work.
As a leader in technology and risk in global, blue chip corporates and consultancies, culminating as Executive Director at Macquarie Group, Sarah led teams of up to 350 staff. As head of technology for Investment Banking and Funds Management, she was responsible for strategy, operations, commercial performance and team performance. Fascinated by leadership thinking and inspired by the positive impact of independent coaching to lift performance, she is, now, an accredited coach and facilitator. She uses these skills and her experience and networks to work with senior leaders to grow as individuals, develop their teams and expand their organisations.
